Key Messaging

Families Together Suffolk are an independent charity in our local area. They work together with families to build their knowledge of child development, encourage connections to supportive networks and help towards achieving their individual goals. Formally known as “Homestart Mid Suffolk”, they were moving away from the main Homestart organisation and wanted to re-brand as they went through this transition period in order to make sure their message wasn't lost. We supported with brand strategy, brand identity, illustration and key messaging development as well as storytelling ideas. Following the re-brand we worked with their marketing coordinator to provide templates and guidelines which has helped them continue to develop and build their own materials using the assets we created.

We are a family support charity, formerly part of a large national chain but now going fully independent. We asked BRIX to help us design new branding, messages and marketing and we didn't have a very long lead time. Adam took us through the whole process from identifying our ethos and strengths to producing our branding and guidelines. Our feedback and ideas were always welcomed, listened to and worked on. This has given the staff team a great sense of ownership of our new identity and ideas for the future of our brand. We have been handed the tools to now take our brand forward and we know Adam is still there should we need any help. We love our new look and look forward to promoting our family support services throughout Suffolk using it.
